Terms of Use

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Guacamole Mac app, web app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you use Guacamole for a company, you agree on its behalf.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your sign-in safe and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what the AI apps you connect read through your private link.

3. Price, payment and cancelling

Your first 5 calls are free, with every feature on. A call counts once it has notes and lasted 2 minutes or more. After that, Guacamole is $8.50 a month, billed monthly by Stripe until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from the app. Your plan then runs to the end of the month you paid for, and your notes stay yours. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects you.

4. Your content

You own your calls, notes and to-dos. You let us process them only to run the Service for you, including sending them to the providers listed in our privacy policy.

You're responsible for having the right to record and process the calls you take notes on, including telling the other people on a call when the law where you or they are requires it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, record people without the consent the law requires, attack or overload our systems, or reverse engineer the app. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. AI output

Guacamole uses AI to write summaries, decisions and to-dos. AI can be wrong. Check anything important, like names, dates, amounts and promises, before you rely on it or pass it on.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running and improving, but it's provided "as is" and may change, pause or have errors. We may add or remove features.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, Guacamole isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

9. Ending

You can delete your account any time by emailing us from the address you signed up with. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. When an account is deleted, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. Using the Service after that means you accept them.
