Sound familiar?

Clients pay you to motivate them, not bill them.

Charging a client who skipped feels like it kills the vibe of the relationship. So you let it slide, and your income slides with it.

Guacamole does the asking. You stay the one they like.

  1. 6:00 · You're at the gym for your first client.
  2. 6:10 · "Overslept, sorry!"
  3. 6:15 · You could have slept too. And you're not paid.
  4. 7:00 · You tell yourself you'll enforce the policy next time.
How it works

Prevent. Protect. Recover. Refill.

01

Prevent

Reminders the night before. Rescheduling takes one tap.

02

Protect

Sessions are secured with a card. Nothing is charged upfront.

03

Recover

Missed without notice? The session rate in your policy is charged.

04

Refill

Cancelled hours are offered to clients who want an extra session.

"But…"

What every personal trainer asks us first.

"My clients pay in packages."

Then a late cancel deducts a session instead of charging a card. Set it once; Guacamole applies it every time.

"They'll quit if I charge them."

They agree up front, get a reminder the night before, and can reschedule in one tap. Clients who still miss without notice are the ones costing you the most.

"I only have 15 clients."

Two missed sessions a week is still over $8,000 a year. Small rosters feel every gap.

"I train in someone else's gym."

Guacamole runs on your phone and your bank account. It doesn't matter where you train.

Session Cancellation Policy

When you book a session, that hour is reserved for you. Please give at least [24] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancel or reschedule [24]+ hours ahead: no charge.
• Late cancellation or no-show: the full session rate of $[70] (or one session deducted from your package).
• More than 15 minutes late: the session ends at the scheduled time.

If I need to cancel, you'll get a complimentary session. A card on file secures your sessions and is only charged under this policy.
The rules

Charge it the right way.

Signed up front

Terms agreed in advance are what make a policy stick. Guacamole captures that agreement at booking.1

Packages

If you sell packages, a missed session can be deducted instead of charged. Set it your way.

Your side too

Good policies cover trainer cancellations as well. Offer a free session when you cancel.2
