Sound familiar?

Your clients are your relationships.

Charging a regular feels personal, and one bad review costs more than one fee. So the policy stays on your booking page and never gets used.

Guacamole does the asking. You stay the one they like.

  1. 2:00 · A two-hour colour is booked. Foils are out.
  2. 2:15 · No client. Your next opening is in three weeks.
  3. 2:30 · You DM her. Read, no reply.
  4. 4:00 · Two hours gone. You decide not to bring it up.
How it works

Prevent. Protect. Recover. Refill.

01

Prevent

Smart reminders before the appointment. Rescheduling takes one tap.

02

Protect

Every booking is secured with a card. Nothing is charged upfront.

03

Recover

Missed without notice? Your fee is collected and paid to you.

04

Refill

Cancelled in time? The slot goes to clients waiting for an earlier opening.

"But…"

What every salon owner asks us first.

"My booking app already has no-show fees."

It can charge a card. You still have to notice, decide, press the button and face the client next visit. Guacamole sends the reminder, charges per your policy, sends the receipt and fills the slot, without you.

"My regulars will leave for another salon."

They agree to the policy when they book, get a free way to reschedule, and the message comes from Guacamole, not you. Waive any fee for a regular in one tap.

"My clients book through Instagram DMs."

Send them your Guacamole booking link instead. The policy and card are captured in the same step.

"Deposits already work for me."

Deposits add friction at booking and still leave cancelled chairs empty. A card on file charges nothing upfront, and we refill the slot.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If your plans change, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead: no charge.
• Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice: [50]% of the service price.
• No-show: [100]% of the service price.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule your service.

A card is kept on file to secure your booking. It is only charged under this policy. Emergencies happen; just let us know.
